TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of an online store must define the terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such provisions are referred to as a distance contract (Cabinet of Ministers Regulations).
DISTANCE CONTRACT
The seller of the goods offered in this online store, hereinafter referred to as the **Seller**, on the one hand, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the **Buyer**, on the other hand, enter into the following Agreement:
The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer’s order.
DELIVERY AND PAYMENT TERMS
The Buyer places an order for goods via this website, indicating the type and quantity of the goods to be ordered. The Buyer may pay for the goods using the payment tools integrated into the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by email. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.
The Seller ensures delivery of the goods within 20 days from receipt of payment for the goods, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer.
The delivery service is not responsible if the Buyer has provided incorrect contact information in the order, as a result of which the goods were not delivered to the Buyer. The delivery service does not compensate for losses incurred if the Buyer did not receive the goods due to providing false contact information.

RETURN OF GOODS
The Buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from the moment of receipt. To do so, the goods must be returned to the sender’s address via a DPD or Omniva parcel locker.
* Costs related to returning the goods due to the Buyer’s withdrawal are covered by the Buyer;
* The Seller refunds the money to the Buyer’s bank account within 10 business days from the moment the goods are received.
---RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the Goods by sending a notice of withdrawal to the Seller at **[[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])**. The Seller shall send the withdrawal form to the Buyer by email upon the Buyer’s request.
The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the notice of withdrawal. All expenses related to returning the goods to the Seller are borne by the Buyer.
The Buyer may not use the right of withdrawal if:
* the ordered goods, by their nature, cannot be returned, or they deteriorate quickly or are rapidly consumable;
* the ordered goods are manufactured specifically for the Buyer according to an individual order;
* the Buyer has opened the packaging of an audio recording, video recording, or computer software.
Section 12, Paragraph six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period for exercising the right of withdrawal.” The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer’s use of the right of withdrawal or to withhold compensation if the goods are damaged, handled carelessly during use, used contrary to the instructions, if the original packaging has been lost, or if the packaging is significantly damaged.

DATA PROCESSING
By entering the required information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that the data provided will be used by the Seller to accept the Buyer’s order and to deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer’s order will be sent to the email address provided.
